You might be familiar with the cannabis holiday 420. But do you know about 710 day? It’s the newest holiday that the cannabis community is gathering around. You might also know it as “Oil Day” or “Dab Day.”

What is 710 day?
710 Day is an annual cannabis holiday that celebrates cannabis oils and extracts.
How did it get it’s name? Well, it’s pretty basic. If you turn 710 upside down, it spells “OIL.”
We first started seeing this holiday pop up in 2012, but it has quickly gained popularity.
What is dabbing?
Dabs are super concentrated doses of THC. We’ll spare you the details on how dabs are made, but it involves extracting THC and other cannabinoids through the use of butane or carbon dioxide.
Dabbing involves vaporizing dabs by placing them on a very hot metal object (called a nail) and then inhaling those vaporors. You can buy vapes now that use concentrate in addition to loose leaf cannabis.
